Background options
- Custom background: add $19.00. Request an original design or a simplified background from your reference photo.
- Solid color background: add $4.75.
Sizes & materials
Choose 5 × 7 inches for a portrait or 7 × 7 inches for a square logo or profile picture. Each original is made with high-quality archival paper, ink, watercolor, colored pencils, and matte medium.
For an 8 × 10 inch artwork, choose the next subject pricing tier and specify your size when ordering. For other sizes or requests beyond the listed tiers, please get in touch for pricing.
How to order
- Send the exact reference image you would like illustrated, your subject count, and your preferred size. If you choose a background option, include your color or design request.
- I will send a sketch within 2 days. Approve it within 24 hours to keep your order on schedule; otherwise, I may need to proceed without approval. You may request up to 2 small sketch changes.
- Allow up to 2 weeks for completion. I will send a high-quality scan before mailing your original artwork.

Changes to completed artwork
Because of the quick turnaround and my work schedule, the original artwork cannot be redone or changed once completed. Small details may be adjusted digitally. If you have a specific issue, please reach out and I will do my best to resolve it.

How to order & sketch revisions
Send the exact reference image you would like illustrated, the number of people and pets, and your background preference. I will send a sketch within a few days of your order.
You may request one round of small changes to clothing, faces, or hair. I will send the revised sketch; no further revisions are available after that round. Please send any revision requests within 12 hours of receiving the sketch. After 12 hours, the revision window closes and I will begin the artwork to keep your order on schedule.
Turnaround
Allow up to 1 week for completion. I will send a preview before mailing your original artwork.
